How It Works


We'll do all the venue searches for you - saving you time and money and certainly taking the stress away. A proposal will be sent with at least three options which gives full details of the venue and space proposed together with costings showing savings made and including any added value items.

You send us your brief, we'll check this over with you to make sure we have every detail covered.

First stage proposals sent to you with venue info and costings.

You shortlist your favourite venues and we can arrange site visits if you would like to look over it in person.

We contact your selected venue to finalise requirements and rates for you.

Confirmation to be sent to the selected venue and the contract will be sent to you.

You sign the contract - now you're all good to go!

Why don't we charge for this service?

As we receive a small commission from the venues, we make no charge to you for venue placement - similar to how a travel agent operates


For finding you the right venue, and to avoid any confusion, we ask that we liaise with them on your behalf up to the point of contracting. Once the venue contract has been signed, we can add more value by being your one point of contact for your event, or you can liaise direct with the venue if you prefer.

Through our partner suppliers, Look After My Meetings can provide details and quotes for AV support, ice breakers, speakers, team-building and any other aspects to make your event a successful one.
