How is our service free?
As with all venue finding agencies, we're paid commission from venues when we confirm bookings with them. So, it's in our interest to find you the most appropriate venues at the very best prices!
Straight away, by using our free venue finding service you benefit from the expert advice and support of our experienced and friendly team, who'll send their venue findings in a detailed proposal document - saving you time and resources.
Once your venue is confirmed, we can also be your single point of contact; continuing to assist with additional event suppliers and the finer details in the run-up to your event. You'll benefit from our team's event planning expertise and attention to detail throughout, at no extra cost.
Do venues increase their prices to cover commission payments?
Not at all; venues quote us the same prices that you would receive by enquiring directly with them. Often, as we have strong industry relationships and a history of working with the venues, we're able to use our contacts to secure better deals and added extras for our clients; not to mention we administer bookings for you, saving you time, money and stress.
How do we know the rates you quote are the best available?
Our venue finders have decades of experience in dealing with venues and are experts in rate negotiation. We understand just how market forces dictate rates and will always seek discounts, value-adds and complimentary upgrades where possible. Our venue proposals clearly show what's included in the rates we quote, as well as savings achieved and value-added extras. We're also constantly updated with venue special offers so can pass these straight on to our clients.
Can you turnaround an urgent enquiry?
Short-lead enquiries are no problem at all! Send us your brief and let us know your deadline, and we'll quickly find venues to suit.
What if I want to speak to a venue you have proposed?
Having received our venue proposal, if you have queries about any of the venues or the information provided, please allow us to liaise with the venue on your behalf - it saves confusion. If, once your venue is contracted you prefer to speak to them directly, we'll hand over to you.
If I ask you to find venues, am I obliged to book?
By engaging our venue finding services you're not obliged to book, but we do ask that if you'd like to book one of our proposed venues, you allow us to confirm on your behalf, instead of contacting them yourself.
Can you help source additional suppliers for my event?
Yes, absolutely! we have a wide network of trusted suppliers for all event needs from AV production, room décor and theming, entertainments and activities. Just let us know what you're looking for and we can source and co-ordinate event suppliers as well as your venue arrangements, to bring your event together seamlessly.
Who signs the venue/supplier contract and makes payment?
All contracts are between the client and the venue/supplier, so the client is required to sign the contract to agree to the venue/supplier's terms and conditions. Similarly, payment is to be made by the client direct to the venue/supplier, so all invoices raised will be addressed to the client.
Is our data safe?
Yes, we fully comply with all current legislation and are members of the ICO.
